This document is published in accordance with Rule 3(1) of the Information Technology (Intermediaries Guidelines) Rules, 2011, which require the publication of rules and regulations, privacy policy, and Terms of Use for access to the domain name https://maplepods.com (hereinafter referred to as the "Website"), including the related mobile site and mobile application (collectively referred to as the "Platforms").

The Platform is owned by Green Leisure Technology Private Limited, a company incorporated under the Companies Act, 2013.

Your use of the Platform and its services is governed by the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Use”), along with any applicable policies incorporated by reference. By using the Platform, you are entering into a binding agreement with the Platform Owner, and these Terms of Use constitute your obligations to us. These Terms of Use apply to your use of our website and any goods or services offered (collectively, "Services").

Any additional or conflicting terms proposed by you are expressly rejected by the Platform Owner and shall have no effect. We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to periodically review these Terms of Use to stay informed of updates.
 

For the purpose of these Terms of Use, "you," "your," or "user" shall mean any natural or legal person who has agreed to become a user or buyer on the Platform.

Acceptance of Terms

Accessing, browsing, or using the Platform indicates your agreement to all the terms and conditions under these Terms of Use. Please read them carefully before proceeding.

User Responsibilities

To access and use our Services, you agree to provide true, accurate, and complete information during registration and will be responsible for all activities conducted through your registered account.

Disclaimer of Warranties

We do not provide any warranty or guarantee regarding the accuracy, timeliness, performance, completeness, or suitability of the information and materials offered on the Website or through the Services. You acknowledge that such information may contain inaccuracies or errors, and we exclude liability for any such inaccuracies or errors to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Risk Acceptance

Your use of our Services and the Platform is solely at your own risk. You are required to independently assess whether the Services meet your requirements.

Intellectual Property Rights

The contents of the Platform, including design, layout, and graphics, are proprietary to us. You shall not claim any intellectual property rights in these contents. Unauthorized use may lead to action against you under these Terms of Use and/or applicable laws.

Payment Obligations

You agree to pay all charges associated with availing the Services.

Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the Platform and/or Services for any unlawful or prohibited purpose.

Third-Party Links

The Platform may contain links to third-party websites. By accessing these links, you will be governed by the terms and conditions of those websites. These links are provided for your convenience.

Binding Contract

By initiating a transaction for the Services, you enter into a legally binding contract with the Platform Owner.

Indemnity

You shall indemnify and hold harmless the Platform Owner, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, agents, and employees from any claims, demands, or actions, including reasonable attorney's fees, arising from your breach of these Terms of Use or violation of any law or third-party rights.

Force Majeure

Neither party shall be liable for failure to perform obligations under these Terms if such performance is delayed or prevented by a force majeure event.

Governing Law

These Terms and any disputes arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.

Jurisdiction

All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Shankargarh, Uttar Pradesh.

  • Your Safety and Comfort are our Priority. 

  • NO Cash Payments.

  • Guests are advised to book their slots at least 10-15 days prior to get their preferred Date and Time Slots.

  • Guests can Book Slot same day as well for the Available Slots only.

  • Each booking includes 2 Guests ( Unless Mentioned in Package )

  • For additional guests charges will be INR 600 per guest (Or as mentioned in Package details)

  • All the guests are requested to submit their Government ID 24 hours prior for verification on WhatsApp - 9310326189 or Email us on support@maplepods.com

  • Guests under age 18 are allowed to be accompanied by an adult.

  • Guests under 18 can visit Maplepods with the same Gender without accompanying adult.

  • MaplePods holds the right to Cancel / Transfer / Reschedule Bookings.

  • Guests booking a Birthday Package must confirm the choice of Cake 12 hours prior to start of Slot. If not confirmed Maplepods will provided with default Chocolate Cake.

  • MaplePods doesn’t guarantee slots confirmation if the booking is made 24 hours prior to the booked date & time.

  • Guests can reschedule their bookings by themselves through the website by going to “ MY BOOKINGS “ or through WhatsApp - 9310326189.

  • On WhatsApp Rescheduling / Transfer Charges will be “ IF MADE before 24 hours - INR 500 “ and “ IF MADE within 24 hours - INR 1000 “

  • Slots booked and reserved with 100% package payment included all the fees & taxes.

  • No Walk-in Bookings, Only Prior Online bookings.

  • Photoshoots depends upon the availability of the photographers.

  • Transfer of slot has to be done 24 hours prior to booked time slot.

  • Slots are not transferable or rescheduled if the guest doesn’t reach the location for the booked slot with some prior information. Reason whatsoever.

  • MaplePods will not be responsible for Natural or Unnatural circumstances for missing slot without 8 hours prior notice.

  • No Refund Policy. Though bookings can be transferred or rescheduled from the booked date to within 2 months with a prior notice.

  • No outside food and beverages are allowed inside the Pod.

  • Alcohol, or any kind of intoxication, or Smoking are Prohibited inside the Pod. Fine will be imposed of INR 15000.

  • All guests must carry their Government ID Proof at the location ( Once asked, must show it to the staff for verification ).

  • Custom Slots & NETFLIX&CHILL cannot be either cancelled or transferred. NO Refund Policy.

  • Booking once transferred cannot be transferred again. 

  • Sexual Activities are STRICTLY PROHIBITED. Actions will be taken if found suspicious, Fine of INR 20000 and Case Filed against both the guests.

  • Slot once cancelled by guests end, can be rebooked with a penalty of 75% amount of the package.

  • If any damage happen during the booking or by the guest, they will be liable for that damage and have to pay for that on the spot or else complaint will be filed against them.

  • If a customer booked a wrong package ( Example - Xclusive Package ) by their end, without being a Corporate or Media Member Maplepods holds the right to cancel with NO REFUND.
     

Maplepods Franchisor and Corporate Terms and Conditions

 

1. Delivery Timeline  

   The estimated delivery period for the Maplepod unit is 60-90 days, which begins after all installment payments have been fully completed. This timeline ensures that each pod meets the highest standards of production quality and readiness.

 

2. Design and Layout Finalization  

   Upon completion of the first installment, the Maplepods design team will initiate and finalize the pod’s design, layout, and specific feature details. This phase is crucial for tailoring the pod to the franchise’s needs and ensuring alignment with the brand’s aesthetic and operational standards.

 

3. Franchise Agreement Activation  

   The Franchise Agreement becomes effective upon receipt of the INR 100,000 registration payment. This initial payment is essential to formally initiate the partnership and includes resources to commence production planning for the pod.

 

4. Non-Refundable Registration  

   The registration payment, whether paid in full or in part, is non-refundable. This amount covers the immediate production preparations and investments necessary for the pod, making it a critical initial commitment.

 

5. Regular Compliance Inspections  

   Maplepods conducts quarterly or semi-annual surprise inspections for each franchise location to ensure that service and operational quality align with Maplepods' brand standards. These inspections help maintain consistency across all franchise units.

 

6. Right to Terminate Agreement for Non-Compliance  

   Maplepods reserves the right to terminate the franchise agreement if the franchise or location partner fails to adhere to the required operational and service standards as outlined in the MaplePods Memorandum of Standards.

 

7. Set-Up Period  

   A grace period of approximately 10-15 days is provided for setting up the outlet at the designated operating location. This period allows for any necessary adjustments and setup requirements to ensure a smooth launch.

 

8. Continuation of MaplePods Services Post-Profitability  

   Franchise holders have the option to continue availing of MaplePods' promotional and marketing services after the initial franchise investment and any profits have been recuperated.

 

9. Control Over Pod Bookings  

   Maplepods retains full rights to manage bookings for any franchise pod, including the ability to cancel, transfer, or reschedule as necessary to optimize business operations and ensure customer satisfaction.

 

10. Suspension of Profit-Sharing During Non-Operation  

   In cases where pod operations are suspended by the location partner post-licensing, franchise owners will not be entitled to profit-sharing during non-operational months. Profit-sharing will only be in effect when the pod is actively operational.

 

11. Agreement Duration  

   The Franchise Partner Agreement remains valid for a total of 36 operational months, ensuring a stable and structured partnership term.

 

12. Initial Test Period for Business Viability  

   Each franchise pod will undergo an initial test period of two months at its chosen location to evaluate both business potential and service quality. If, during this period, the location is found to be unprofitable or fails to meet service expectations, Maplepods reserves the right to terminate the partnership and relocate the pod to an alternative location.

 

13. Contract Extensions or Cancellations for Non-Performance  

   Maplepods retains the authority to either extend or cancel the contract with a location partner if the business underperforms or fails to meet the operational standards expected from MaplePods franchise units.

 

14. Rights to Modify Operational Locations  

   For business growth, development, or marketing needs, Maplepods holds the right to modify or relocate operational locations to ensure the optimal performance and visibility of each franchise unit.
